After leaving school, I started an electrical apprenticeship in London. I spent six years working on commercial sites, qualified as an electrician and finished that part of my career at the London 2012 Olympic Park.
I then moved into electrical design and studied Building Services Engineering while working full-time. That took me from major projects in London to hotels, schools and residential developments in Dubai.
I first started building websites when I joined Eventscase, an event software company. I built event websites and digital platforms for major international brands and worked there as Projects Director. I later co-founded Dizzer, where I built the platform and learned the SEO and online marketing needed to grow it.
I’ve changed industries a few times, but I’ve always liked the same sort of work: solving problems, organising the details and getting things finished properly.
