02 Why the website matters
Customers may check the website before asking for a quote.
A website won’t create a large number of leads on its own. After a recommendation or Google search, it gives customers somewhere to check the business.
It puts your services, recent work, reviews and credentials in one place.03 What the website includes
A proper page for every service.
I build the website around the work you actually do. Each relevant service can have its own detailed page, with related projects, reviews and clear contact details. For a business with a broad range of services, that can mean 20 or more pages at launch.
04 How the service works
You do not need to prepare a website brief.
I review what is already online
I review the current website, Google Business Profile and social pages to find useful information, inconsistencies and anything that is missing.

06 Straight answers
Common questions about the service.
If your question is not covered, email Jack directly.
01Will the website bring me more leads?
Not by itself. A website supports recommendations, Google reviews, social media and the other ways customers find the business. Significant growth through organic search normally requires a separate, ongoing SEO programme.
02How many pages will my website have?
The number depends on the services your business provides. The website can include a homepage, service overview and a detailed page for every relevant service, as well as the required legal pages. For a business offering a broad range of services, that can mean 20 or more pages from launch.
03What is included on each service page?
Each page explains the service in detail and can include relevant projects, customer reviews, common questions, related services and a clear way to get in touch.
04Is ongoing SEO included?
The website includes the standard technical and on-page foundations. An ongoing SEO campaign is not included initially and would need to be discussed separately.
05How are project and review updates handled?
Each week, the system checks the connected Facebook or Instagram account for likely project posts and checks Google for new reviews. I review project matches, prepare the website copy and publish approved projects. New reviews matching the agreed rating can be added automatically using the customer’s original wording.
06What do I need to provide?
Usually the business name and links to the current website, Google Business Profile and social accounts are enough to begin. I will tell you what is usable and what information is missing.
07Can you replace an existing website?
Yes. Useful business information can be retained while the content, service pages, mobile experience and contact paths are rebuilt around the business you run now.
08How much does it cost?
I give you a clear setup and care price after reviewing the business and the market you operate in. Send me the business name and current links, and I’ll reply with what I recommend.
07 Start with the business name
Send me the business name and current links.
I’ll review the website, Google Business Profile and social pages, then explain what I think is worth improving. You do not need to prepare a brief.
