Google growth for local service businesses

Get found more often on Google Maps.

Your Google Business Profile is often where a customer decides who to call. I keep it accurate and active, reply to reviews, publish new content and track how it appears across your service area.

Customers judge the profile before they visit the website.

They compare your rating, recent reviews, photos, services and owner replies in seconds. A quiet or incomplete profile makes a good business look less established than the competitor underneath it.

I handle the ongoing work for you, so you do not need to learn another dashboard or remember to update the profile.

Your Google profile needs regular attention.

I keep the profile details accurate, publish new work, manage review requests and replies, and track visibility across your service area. I also make sure the website supports the same services and locations.

01

Profile optimisation

I review your services, description, categories, attributes and business details, then keep them accurate as the business changes.

Accurate business information
02

Fresh posts, photos and video

I publish useful updates, offers, project photos and short videos. Selected content can also be adapted for your social accounts.

Recent work customers can see
03

Genuine review growth

After completed work, customers can receive a fair review request and follow-up. I can also write and publish replies to new reviews.

More recent customer reviews
04

Local visibility tracking

I track the searches that matter across your service area, so you can see where the business appears and where competitors still rank above it.

A clearer view of local rankings
05

Social content republishing

I can adapt profile updates for connected social accounts, so useful content does not stop at Google.

Keep social accounts current
06

Website and AI-search alignment

I align the website content, business details, FAQs and structured data with the profile, so the information is consistent.

Matching website and profile details
07

Directory consistency

An optional directory-listing service can distribute consistent business information across sources used by search and AI platforms.

Available as an add-on

What I can manage for you.

The sections below set out exactly what I can configure, automate, send for approval and include in your reports.

01
Included

Google profile foundation

I check the information customers use to understand what you do, where you work and how to contact you.

Business description
I write a clear description based on your real services, locations and business strengths.
Services and service descriptions
I identify missing services and write a useful description for each one you want to target.
Categories and attributes
I review the available categories and attributes so the profile represents the business accurately.
Contact, appointment and social links
I connect your website, booking, communication and social links wherever Google supports them.
Offers and profile completeness
I can prepare offers when they make sense and fix missing information on the public profile.
Unexpected-change alerts
I flag unexpected changes to important details such as the phone number, website or services.
02
Included

Review requests and customer photos

I set up a fair, repeatable way to ask genuine customers for a review after completed work.

Review request link
A simple branded page sends every customer to the same approved review destination.
Printable QR code
You can add a scannable code to invoices, counter cards, leave-behinds or vehicles.
Automated follow-ups
Customers who have not completed the request can receive a polite reminder rather than being forgotten.
Personalised requests
Requests can include relevant details such as the team member, service or job, where the connected workflow provides them.
SMS, email and workflow connections
Review requests can connect to existing email, SMS, WhatsApp, CRM or job-management workflows through supported integrations and webhooks.
Customer photo collection
The same request can invite customers to share genuine job photos for the profile and other marketing.
Request-funnel reporting
See how many requests are opened, clicked and completed, and where customers drop out.
03
Included

Review monitoring and replies

I monitor new reviews, keep replies consistent and hold negative feedback for careful handling.

Suggested or automatic replies
Replies can be drafted for approval or published automatically once the rules and tone have been agreed.
Custom brand voice
Replies follow the way your business actually speaks instead of repeating the same generic wording.
Low-rating review controls
One, two and three-star reviews can be held for manual attention instead of receiving an automatic public response.
Policy-violation assistance
Potentially policy-breaking reviews can be identified with the likely reason and prepared for manual reporting to Google. Removal is never guaranteed.
Review dashboard and backup
Reviews, replies and useful figures are kept together, with a record in case a published review later disappears.
Five-star social content
Strong customer feedback can be turned into branded social posts for approval or scheduled publishing.
Review-frequency reminders
If new reviews slow down, the system can prompt the right person to restart the request habit.
04
Included

Posts, images and offers

I prepare and schedule regular profile updates, so you do not have to create every post yourself.

Regular Google updates
I create and schedule posts based on your actual services, locations, projects and customer questions.
Seasonal awareness
Content can reflect relevant seasons, public holidays and timely service needs without relying on a generic post calendar.
Image drip publishing
Approved photos can be released gradually so the profile receives consistent activity instead of one large upload followed by silence.
Image preparation
Files can be prepared with descriptive names, useful metadata and relevant location data before publishing.
Easy photo intake
Photos can be collected through a share link, connected Google Drive, supported job-photo tools or an automated webhook.
Image reminders
When the approved media library is running low, a reminder can be sent before the publishing queue dries up.
Content-by-content approvals
Posts, offers, images, videos and replies can each have their own approval setting.
05
Included

Video and social publishing

I can reuse approved photos and business information across Google and your social accounts.

Automatic short videos
Approved photos can be assembled into simple videos with generated titles and descriptions.
Video review and editing
Videos can be checked and adjusted before they are published when approval mode is enabled.
Google and YouTube publishing
Approved videos can be added to the Google profile media library and a connected YouTube channel.
Facebook and Instagram
Google updates and selected videos can be adapted for connected Facebook and Instagram business accounts.
LinkedIn
Suitable posts and videos can also be republished to a connected LinkedIn business page.
Calls to action and location context
Republished content can retain the relevant service area, customer action and business details.

Included

Local and AI visibility reporting

I track where the business appears across its service area and record the work completed each month.

Baseline location-grid scan
A starting heatmap records visibility for selected searches across multiple points in the target area.
Monthly before-and-after heatmaps
Repeat scans make changes across the area visible instead of reducing performance to one unreliable position.
Up to ten tracked search themes
The included reporting can follow up to ten priority searches selected around services and customer intent.
AI-platform visibility reports
Selected prompts can be checked across platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Grok and Llama.
Completed-action log
The report records profile edits, posts, uploads, replies and other completed work.
Weekly progress updates
A short weekly update shows what I completed and what is coming next.
Automated report delivery
Monthly visibility reports can be sent automatically to the agreed business contacts.
07
Included

Website and AI-search alignment

I make sure the website supports the same services, proof and business details shown on the Google profile.

Latest-post widget
Recent Google updates can also appear on the website and refresh as new content is published.
Review widgets
Approved reviews can be displayed through banners, badges, review sections or lightweight social-proof prompts.
Business-photo widget
Approved images can also appear on the website instead of staying on Google alone.
Local business schema
Structured data can give search engines and AI systems a clearer machine-readable description of the business.
Living FAQ section
I can add useful questions and answers based on what customers ask about the business.
Website recommendations
Gaps between the website and profile can be identified, with implementation included when Jack Pearce AI manages the website.

Included

Access, teams and integrations

I can set this up for one owner, a larger team, several locations or existing business software.

Multiple profiles and Google accounts
More than one profile and more than one authorised Google account can be connected to the same managed workspace.
Team access and permissions
Relevant staff can be invited and given appropriate access to approvals, reporting or profile activity.
Branded workspace and emails
The client-facing workspace, reports and email notifications can use Jack Pearce AI branding.
Zapier and webhooks
Review requests, photos, leads and other events can connect to supported third-party systems.
Google Drive and CompanyCam
Existing photo libraries and job-site image workflows can feed the managed publishing queue where supported.
Advanced API and AI connections
Supported actions and data can connect to other software or AI tools where a business needs a more technical setup.
Human setup and support
I configure the service with you, agree the rules and remain your point of contact when something needs judgement.

Optional add-on

Directory and citation network

This optional service keeps business information consistent across other directories, apps and data providers.

Up to 62 directory integrations
Business information can be distributed across the directory connections available for the relevant market.
Data-aggregator distribution
Supported business data can also be sent to aggregators used by other websites, apps and search products.
Create or update listings
The service can establish missing citations and correct inaccurate existing records.
Google profile synchronisation
Key details can be kept aligned with the connected Google Business Profile.
Duplicate protection
Potential duplicate listings can be detected before they create conflicting information.
Listings remain with the business
Created directory records are business assets. Coverage and ongoing update behaviour depend on the individual directory network.

See where you appear across the whole service area.

A business can appear near the top in one suburb and barely appear a few kilometres away. The location-grid report shows that difference, while the activity record lists the work I completed.

  • Baseline and monthly comparison scans
  • Up to ten priority search themes
  • Google Maps and selected AI-platform visibility
  • Shareable reports and weekly activity summaries
Ranking scans are a measurement of observed visibility, not a promise of a particular future position.

Approve everything, or let routine work run.

You can set different rules for posts, photos, videos and review replies. Sensitive work can wait for your approval while routine updates continue on schedule.

Approval mode

Review it before it goes live.

Best while the tone and operating rules are being established, or for businesses that need close control.

  • Approve or edit from the request email
  • Hold low-rating replies for a human
  • Use separate rules for posts, images, offers and videos

Routine publishing

Agreed work runs on schedule.

Once we have agreed the tone and rules, routine tasks can run without waiting for you each time.

  • Routine publishing without repeated logins
  • Automatic review replies within agreed rules
  • Weekly summaries and a visible action history
Approval emails Scheduled activity Weekly summaries Visible action log Team permissions

Set it up once, then I manage the ongoing work.

  1. 01

    Review the current profile

I look at your profile, reviews, website and visible local competition to identify the most useful starting point.

  2. 02

    Give me manager access

You grant secure access to the profiles you want managed. You retain ownership and can remove access at any time.

  3. 03

Fix the profile and plan the work

I correct the profile, choose the right services and search themes, and prepare the initial content plan.

  4. 04

    Manage it each week

I manage content, reviews, replies and visibility, then report on what I completed.

I can build the website as well.

If you do not have a website, or the current one needs work, I can build and manage it alongside the Google profile. The website is optional.

  • Service pages matched to the work you want
  • Projects and Google reviews kept visible
  • Local business details and structured data aligned
  • Fast, mobile-first contact experience
Ask about the website option

For local businesses that rely on nearby customers.

This works best when customers search by service and location, compare reviews and recent work, then call or request a quote.

Questions about access, reviews and rankings.

You keep ownership of your profiles, you can see the work completed and I never guarantee rankings.

01Is this only for electricians?

No. The service is for local and home-service businesses such as plumbers, roofers, cleaners, landscapers, builders, HVAC companies, clinics and other businesses that depend on nearby customers.

02Can you guarantee a top-three Google Maps position?

No. Google considers relevance, distance, prominence and competition, so I cannot promise a particular position. I work on the parts of your profile and wider local presence that can be improved, then show you how visibility changes over time.

03How are review requests handled?

Requests are sent fairly to genuine customers after a real service interaction. They can use a direct link, QR code or an existing customer workflow. The system does not buy reviews, offer incentives or prevent unhappy customers from reaching Google.

04Does the service send SMS or WhatsApp messages itself?

The management platform can trigger review requests through supported email tools, Zapier and webhooks. SMS, WhatsApp and other messaging costs or providers are separate unless they are specifically included in your proposal.

05Can this remove a bad Google review?

No. I can flag a review that may breach Google policy, explain the likely issue and help prepare the report. Google makes the final decision.

06What happens to negative reviews?

I can hold lower-rated reviews for manual attention instead of publishing an automatic reply. The response can be drafted, edited and approved before it goes live.

07What do the visibility reports measure?

The core report checks selected searches across a grid of points around your target area, with a baseline and later comparison. It can also record selected prompts on major AI-search platforms. These reports show visibility changes, not guaranteed future positions or sales.

08How many searches can be tracked?

The included location-grid reporting supports up to ten priority search themes per profile. I choose them with you, based on the services and locations that matter to the business.

09Can you manage more than one location?

Yes. Multiple Google Business Profiles can sit in one managed workspace, even when they are controlled through different authorised Google accounts. Pricing and scope are agreed per profile.

10What are directory citations, and are they included?

Citations are business listings on directories, apps and data networks. They can help keep your name, address, phone and other details consistent beyond Google. The directory network is an optional paid add-on because coverage and provider costs vary by profile and market.

11Do I need a website?

No. I can manage the Google Business Profile on its own. If the website is missing or needs work, I can build one and keep its services, reviews and business details aligned as a separate option.

12Do I keep ownership of my Google profile?

Yes. Your business retains ownership. You add Jack Pearce AI as an authorised manager and can remove that access if the service ends.

13Can I approve content before it is published?

Yes. You can approve profile content before publication, or allow routine updates to run automatically once the direction is agreed.

14Can the system use our existing job photos?

Yes. Photos can be added through an upload link and, where appropriate, connected storage or job-photo tools. Approved images can be prepared, released gradually and reused for posts, videos, social content and the website.

15Will the content sound generic or obviously automated?

I use your actual services, locations, offers, photos and business information. I also agree the tone with you and can keep approval mode on until the content sounds right.

16What access do you need?

You add me as an authorised manager through Google and connect only the other channels you want included. Your business keeps ownership, and you can remove access if the service ends.

17Do you work in Australia and the UK?

Yes. The service is suitable for local businesses in both markets, with wording, reporting and business details adapted to the location.

I’ll check how your business appears on Google.

Send me the business name and location. I’ll review the public profile and tell you what I think is worth improving. I won’t promise a ranking Google controls.
